AEVITAS BRINGS ITS RECYCLING SERVICES TO MICHIGAN

As of Thursday June 9, 2011, General Oil Company has been purchased by Aevitas Inc and will operate as Aevitas Specialty Services Corp. This is a great step for our company and it marks the next step in our evolution as a premier oil recycler. Our customers will see a seamless transition, as pricing and waste acceptance approvals will transfer automatically and you will continue to be serviced by the same people you have come to know. All of our environmental and operating permits have been changed over to the new business entity and we are fully compliant with all laws and regulations.

You will notice that we have a new EPA ID number and our manifests will say ‘Aevitas Specialty Services’ as the facility and the transporter. This new number is MIK 883 169 559. You will also notice that our email domain name will be ‘Aevitas.us.com’ to reflect not only our new name, but the fact that we are part of an international company with facilities across Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta, Canada. We are the company’s first US acquisition and we are extremely excited to be part of this progressive organization.
